Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns 

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
  • Once the return request is approved and the return shipping label is shared, the package must be dropped off within 5 days.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Sarees must remain in their original packaging and properly folded.
  • Sarees should not be fully opened, worn, altered, washed, or excessively handled.
  • Items with excessive creases, stains, odors, damage, or signs of use may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  • A maintenance/restoration fee may be deducted for steaming, refolding, quality inspection, or repackaging if needed.
  • If complimentary earrings provided with the order are not returned, a $5 amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

  • Returned items undergo a 3-day inspection process once received before the refund is processed.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

Exchanges 

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, customers may choose store credit or an eligible refund.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Fall & Pico work
  • Blouse stitching
  • Customized or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
